Foams that are certified by CertiPUR-US are guaranteed to be low in volatile organic compounds. CertiPUR-US certified foams are also guaranteed to be free of ozone depleters and other heavy metals such as mercury and lead.

You need to notify Norfolk Beds of your wish to cancel your order within this time period – by email or by phone.
You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify Norfolk Beds of your cancellation to return the goods.
You should receive your refund within 14 days of the date you have returned the goods to Norfolk Beds or cancelled the service.
